Where does SpringSpa ship from?
SpringSpa operates warehouses in the United States (East & West), United Kingdom, and Australia, shipping orders via local courier services.
Is shipping free?
Yes. All products on the SpringSpa website ship free of charge within eligible delivery areas.
How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time includes order processing (usually 2–3 business days) plus shipping time (3–20 days, depending on logistics provider and location).
Will my sauna arrive in multiple boxes?
Yes. Due to size and weight, some saunas are shipped in two or three separate cartons, which may arrive on different days.
Orders, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only before shipment and within the stated cancellation window. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
